    Veal Marsala- Sweet or Dry Marsala Wine?

    HI. I never seem to know... when making Veal (or chicken) Marsala.. which Marsala to use? Dry or Sweet? I get conflicting advice.. or does it not matter??? Would love to know... Thank you :ermm:
