    tonight very simple- ricotta & spinach tortelloni. Making the sauce with scallions, pint of heavy cream w/dash of sherry, butter, chopped up pancetta with lots of fresh grated pecorino cheese, with fresh herbs on top served with parmesian butter rolls and a pretty salad with lots of goodies

    breaded ulta thin porkchops, then in the used frypan I added pinot grigio/chardonnay wine, some flour,thin cut red/orange/& yellow peppers, thin cut mushrooms , cut in half cherry tomatos & scallions.stir .until sauce thickened.............     Very simple tonight: Deli rotisserie chicken salad, on a croissant with a side of amish creamy macaroni sald (with hard boilded eggs,red pepper,red onion & celery) on some mixed lettuce................icecream sandwich for Hubby

    Best pork chops I've ever made.

    I never thought pt was part......but it makes sense..............I just assumed it was pint.................well a good time was had by all with these pork chops.......it would burn off............but the flavor would be really strong (I think)

    Old fashioned oatmeal (not instant) w/pecans & part of a sliced banana, dry wheatberry toast & hot tea..................it stayed with me all day..so no lunch
