I made 1/2 ch.brsts this weekend too....I marinated/soaked them in buttermilk, then drained them, rolled them in panko crumbs, matzo meal, bread crumbs and lots of garlic powder and some onion powder, paprika, s and p. Baked them until brown, then put a mixture of miracle whip, diced green...

Cerise, his dish does have tomato sauce.....

One of my latest, best pasta dishes comes from David Rocco's Dolce Vita. It's called Pasta Fritta....something his grrandma used to make....try it, you like it....

I've just taken some potato/onion ones out of the storebought bag they came frozen in. Directions tell me to put them into boiling water, stir a bit so they won't stick together and simmer for 6-7 minutes then drain. I sometimes fry them after with green pepper and mushrooms....deelish!!!!

You can make buttermilk....put some vinegar in your milk or cream and let the meat marinate in it.....after taking the meat out of the liquid, let it drain a bit and roll it in seasoned flour and panko crumbs
