    Live Lobster

What!? I'd kill a human being for a lobster! It's really because it's expensive and rare around these parts. However, I can understand that the same thing everyday is annoying. Now what did I learn on TV about lobsters? The pincers are the softest part and to remove them, you have to slam you...

    Best beef cut?

There was some festival in town and everyone in town got a cut of beef to do whatever they want with it. So my family's cut was very... Rubbery. I trimmed the fat and cooked it nicely but it was like chewing gum. So, I want to know what's the best part of beef. And along with that, how to make...

    Pasta sauce too sweet

That's odd. There's waaaaaay more tomatoes in that sauce than sugar. I think it's important to cut the onions so the flavor spreads out much more. And as for the sweet part, try just throwing the chopped onions into the sauce without caramelizing it. And maybe skip out on the sugar.

    Flavorless Fried rice?? Please help.

Actually, tomato sauce and rice work together, around here, it's called tomato rice. Don't know how it's made though. I play Cooking Mama on my NDS, and according to it, you have to mix the rice with some eggs, already mixed together with it's yolk, before frying. I haven't tried it out myself...

    Hell's Kitchen

Speaking of which, I looked up Gordon Ramsey on Twitter. He's actually a pretty nice guy. On Twitter at least. It's either he's paid to act all angry in Hell's Kitchen or he really hates people who screw up. Either way, there is NO WAY I'd join Hell's Kitchen. Can't cook under pressure.

    Bizzare Foods with Andrew Zimmern

Ohoho! I love it when he tries to eat a durian! Durian actually varies between people. Both the taste and the smell. To some, it smells like yesterday's garbage, to others, it smells like perfume. As for the taste, it's indescribable. To Andrew Zimmern, it tastes like bad BAD onions and to me...

    Leftover beef, any suggestions?

Try beef teppenyaki! It's a Japanese style dish. First, cut the beef into bite sizes. In the pan, fry some chopped garlic until golden brown. Take em out, and then toss in the beef and fry them in the garlic oil. Pepper it up while it's cooking! Serve it together with the garlic. It goes well...

    A good roast chicken marinade?

I roast chicken on special occasions but I'm kinda bored of the same old marinade.` That marinade had soy sauce, mayo, basil, some salt and LOADS of pepper. And then I pour the juice into pan and heat it up to make a sauce. Fine, I'll admit to dumping in whatever was in the fridge, but it's now...
