    Roasting a chicken here. Having half the breast with some cauliflower and salsa. Odd concoction I know, but I'm weird :wink: Mum and her hubby are having chicken and spicy potato wedges, probably some veg, and BBQ sauce I think. Just put it in, can't wait. What you all cooking today?

    Something light after last nights Pork Tenderloin stuffed with garlic and rosemary, plus all the extras. I'm baking haddock, and serving with parsley sauce and a salad, plus my mum and her hubby are having chips as well.

    Keeping chicken closed

    Hi all, urgently need your help! I'm cooking chicken breasts stuffed with light Philadelphia with garlic and herbs tonight, and just realised I have no cocktail sticks to keep them closed! Anybody got any suggestions of what I can use? I don't have any string or anything similar. Oops :(
