Im grilling bratwurst patties on sweet thin buns, grilled onions, grilled corn on the cob with a butter, paprika and chili seasoning. Cherries for dessert :)

I do this with chicken dishes. After frying if it needs to cook with the seasonings I add a little water to steam the chicken and dumplings. I thought itd make it all nasty but it keeps the fried outside :)

Looks overbaked. My cheesecakes will crack even if left in 5 minutes longer then they should be. Though Ill usually cook mine for a bit then turn the heat off and they finish that way. Never crack that way.
