Buffalo-Chicken Meatballs (This would also make an awesome meatloaf) 1/4lb buffalo 1 boneless skinless chicken breast 1/4 cup breadcrumbs 2 egg (yolk removed) onions, garlic, etc. Cook the chicken but not the buffalo meat. Then combine both in a food processor along with the breadcrumbs and...

    Grilling Indoors?

I have a round grill pan, but I was wondering if there might be something I could simply place overtop of my burners that would act as a mock-grill indoors. I live alone in an apartment with no balcony or patio. I don't want something like the Foreman grill, but I'd like something similar...

    Almond pesto

Try substiting almond for toasted pine nuts. Its simply delicious, although the almonds must be chopped much longer than pine nuts. Not to mention the Essential Fatty Acids make this pesto much healthier than standard pestos.

    Alphaking

Has anyone tried this pale ale? It is made by the 3 Floyds Brewery in Munster Indiana. Available all over Chicagoland and the midwest (I'm near West Virginia and I can get it). I find it to be simply excellent. The aroma is nuianced with a citris kick, and its a nearly over-the-top hoppy beer.
