    I don't think he's anything hugely special, but i think he has a great knack at getting people fired up and divided in opinion, which i guess keeps him a talking point.     Lifestyle change. Keep everything consistant: exercise, meal times, food/drink intake. That way you're body gets used to it, rather than dieting for a few weeks and then going back to normal. You're just confusing your metabolism that way.

    I think a crock pot is what we call a slow cooker over here right? I have one of those, but i haven't really experimented with it - just the odd simple beef stew here and there. I must start using it again, now the weather is colder!
