What I was going by is that on the sweet basil it says its good for pizza and italian dishes. On the boxwood it says to use for pesto, so I didn't know if it was really that way or not. Since I only wanted 1 type just wanted to make sure I bought the right kind. I love the basil taste in soups ...

This is a very short question...What type of basil do you buy to plant? I looked at some today that was a boxwood basil and there was another that was sweet basil. I didn't know which kind to get. I have never made any pesto and really haven't used any basil except for the dry kind in the...

    Light on in turbo oven?

I found out the light doesn't come on in all the turbo ovens. I love my new oven and now just to find out more about using it. Baked biscuits tonight in it and they were so good and took a lot less time than a big oven. Doesn't heat up the house either. That will be especially nice next summer !!

    Pampered Chef stone

My husband was able to cut the stone down by using a tile cutter with a wet blade. Then he used a belt sander to smooth it down. I cooked some biscuits tonight on it and they did fine. Browned good on top and bottom. This way I was able to use my smaller oven. I was half way afraid for him to...

    Pampered Chef stone

Well Kayelle, I actually did buy one and then wondered if I should use it. I ask the employee in Lowe's about an unglazed tile and this is what I bought. The employee said he had never heard of it and suggested I put it in a hot oven for a while. I don't know if it was a saltillo tile or not(I'm...

No such luck. I bought it at a consignment shop. I don't even know if there are different sizes or not. This 15" might be the only size they have. I have another question though.
