Was going to grill some spare ribs - until I opened them- yuck - pitched them- ( 4lbs too):sad:! So will be grilling hot dogs - (not quite the same), corn on the cob, sliced tomatoes , vidalia onions and coleslaw. Update- having beer and pizza !

Tonight will be sloppy joes for hubby and grandson, catfish for me, with sweetcorn, sliced tomatoes/onions and cole slaw. Ice cream later if wanted.

Making a beef roast today with onion & mushrooms, corn, mashed potatoes/gravy, coleslaw and crusty bread.

Tonight will be making chicken taco's, refried beans w,cheese and salad.

Going to make beef-n-noodles with sauteed portabellas, marinated cukes/w onions, tossed salad and dinner rolls.

Since the weather is a little better today, I will be grilling steaks, a few shrimp, baked potatoes, broccoli, and salad .

Hubby is having a burger, I am having panko crusted tilapia, with corn on the cob, and hash browns.

I could eat fish at least three times a week - DH doesn't really care for it. Living in Mi., we don't have a lot of choices. They have fresh wild Cod on sale for $6.99 lb - is that a decent price ? Thanks all !
