I prefer to eat puffed rice mostly.

Cinnamon is my favourite, I start consuming it while my weight loss journey but now I love it to consume usually.

I prefered packaged lettuce, which is just ready to cook and may be stored for a longer time than unpacked lettuce.

I have not used it so much but my Indian friend told me to consume it with milk when my shoulder was injured. Might be he told this because of their antiseptic properties.

I had spent my Sunday at my grandmom's house and she baked a cake for me.

Usually, I add ACV(apple cider vinegar), lemon juice, black pepper, pink salt and little olive oil for dressing.

I didn't use it but I will definitely check in nearby grocery shops if I visit this week.
