    Enchiladas and Empanadas

Hard to tell from the pic since they are dried. Could be just chili peppers or serranos.

    Hot Dog chili sauce

This may sound gross, but use ground beef heart instead of your sirloin mix. :P The coney dog place that was around here for 50+ years used beef heart, they were practically world famous.

    Thimble Berries

Yes! Definitely! It's wonderful and you pay a fortune for it if you buy it in a specialty store. Mix equal parts berries with sugar, boil 2 minutes, pack in sterilized jars and HWB. Very much a local delight in the UP.

I played around with it a little bit. http://www.bbq-4-u.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8105 When I plugged in 200 four oz servings, it gave me 90.91 lbs of uncooked Boston Butts or 76.92 lbs of (full) Pork...

I'm supremely jealous! Would you mind posting pix of the inside? As far as brats go, we do a bacon cheddar brat and a jalapeno cheddar brat that people LOVE...not the same ol' tasteless brats.
