    I agree with Stikinecook, packs of ice will be longer than bags of ice. Just remember, it should be frozen solid as white in color not transparent. And also, it is better to maintain it with a temp not will be higher than 12 C. Just my opinion.

    I can suggest you try these dessert. My friend usually do this but, I don't know what's the exact portion for each ingredients. Cornstarch Milk (evaporated) Sugar Corn kernels Butter. I haven't tried to make one so, I still don't know what is the procedure. :(

    I guess, they told already the right thing to see if the garlic is not good anymore. One thing, if you want to have your garlic a long shelf life, never put it in a container were it can develop moisture. :)

    For me, I will mixed the ice with fruits like strawberry, cherry, grapes, pineapple and other cocktail fruit together with crushed ice and milk. :)

    Who knows the cooking show " Wok with Yan? " It is a cooking show that teaches Chinese cuisine. Does anyone heard of it before? I think it was in the early 90's but never heard of it then. :(

    @ Kimber, You can still use the oil as long as it is not yet dark. @ Steve, Thanks for the fire safety reminder. He is right, it is really dangerous when you are frying with a high fire temp because sometimes fire crawls in the pan igniting a big fire with the help of the oil.
