Buffalo chicken wings from the local Wegman’s, a small one potato salad, and marinated cucumber/onion salad.
I made some chicken salad. I pan fried some asparagus and let it cool. Then I wrapped it in a bit of some dry cured ham. Topped it with toasted pumpkin seeds, lemon juice, feta, chopped dry apricots, and a drizzle of honey. I have followed this recipe a few times last year and I am making it my own by changing up some stuff. It's pretty darned good and quite interesting. We had that and the chicken salad on toasted whole grain bread.

OMGosh! That's ... how many times now? So I even had to go back and figure out why I did that. It's while typing the title I looked down to the corner of my screen and saw a 5 and just typed that in.
What's worse is that yesterday was my son's birthday - the 29th!
I shall fix it right now. Thanks GG and thanks Ginny, for not even noticing!
