Kgirl, just to show you how gullible I can be. Had a couple over for supper one night, just when I was starting to get a little bit serious with my cooking. She brought a single layer cake very similar to that pic. I was so impressed and said what a beautiful job she had done and how did she find the time (she worked full time, kids, horses).
