I (eventually) had pizza at Pizza Express. I usually have La Reine, but this time I had a different one. Should have stuck with La Reine.

I made us steak bombs. Pepper steak subs with mushrooms and onions, provolone and genoa salami. Delicious!

Yep, the steak bomb looks pretty good! (Bit similar to a Philly Cheesteak, with the addition of Salami?) (No shooting me for causing massive offence if I have!)

Wait a minute - what is that mat you have your plate on? Very nice!

This old lady was in no shape to even repurpose the leftover pork chops and apples after working in the garden this afternoon. Himself did a pizza run. We had the House Special (3 meats, 3 veggies) with all of the pepperoni moved to his side.

I'm still not feeling up to par, but I managed to put supper on the table. I made a beef meatloaf, after figuring out what to do to make up for the fact that I have no eggs. I used mayo and an extra Weetabix biscuit. I made a salad of Boston lettuce, Romaine lettuce, scallion greens, red bell pepper, a small handfull of frozen corn, some broccoli micro greens, and toasted pumpkin seeds. There was also rice pilaf, leftover from yesterday's resto delivery.

I topped a slice of pizza with ranch bacon tuna. It was interesting and kinda good. It is snowing and I'm low on chocolate.

No offense taken. This is in the same category of shaved steak sandwiches. They are basically made the same around here with minor differences. Some have just beef and onion. Some add peppers and/or mushrooms. The cheese is typically either American or provolone. The addition of the salami makes it a 'bomb'.

Gosh everyone's meals look amazing and sound amazing!
New recipe that I reduced from 8 to 1.5 and came out amazing! Still have some tweaking to do with it. Was supposed to have something else with it but couldn't think nor be bothered, LOL, typical dragon meal. Not for weight watchers between the cream and cheese.

We had Pork Loin and Mashed taters (both Sous Vide) and peas for dinner. It was all very good and the pork didn't even need a knife, said DH.
