    Hamburger meat.

Meat by product has a meaning not met in this discussion. The division is mostly along the lines of striated vs smooth muscle plus organs. Not how the meat is separated from other parts. https://www.ers.usda.gov/amber-waves/2011/september/beef-and-pork-byproducts/

    Hamburger meat.

Would you explain by products then. I mean when you butcher a cow, no cut is 100% perfect. There are trimming scraps which is where ground beef comes from generally. Is that a by product? For hamburger, the butcher can add fat, to hit particular ratios, but is otherwise still ground beef...

What is the best material for cutting boards?

My understanding is it's not so much the glue as the silica bamboo contains. Silica can be quite hard and contribute to chipping your knife edges as well as just faster wear.

    Hamburger meat.

Just do the math. If it's 100% pure beef, seasonings would dilute that percentage and have to be shown on the package as ingredients. There is naive ruckus over such things because taco meat made with 100% ground beef won't end up as 100% beef because you add onion, garlic, seasonings and so...

You need to explain what criteria make up best for you. There is no one best, it will vary by what is important to you. I prefer plastic/nylon. They're easier to care for. There is a lot of bad hype about wood and hygiene. You'll find good science that states that wood naturally kills bacteria...

In your opinion. how would the cookbooks of the future be like, for example ten years from now?

You can rearrange the content. You can sort the recipes by ingredients. You can sort the recipes by region. You can sort by technique like stew or fry They'll self scale including for baking. You can query the stores in your area for specialty ingredients by tapping the ingredient in the...

I want to cook a lot of chicken in a rice cooker

Poached chickens have their place. For western cuisine maybe that's when chicken is not the star of the dish. But there are a few Asian poached chickens that are the star and surprisingly delicious. In China look for White Cut chicken. Just reading the recipe you think it would be pretty bland...

I want to cook a lot of chicken in a rice cooker

You can't leave them in there all day. they won't stay warm enough to be food safe. And even if they did stay warm enough they'd overcook and dry out

    Sausage cooking?

It varies with the type of sausage, such as bangers which at times had so much filler they'd expand out of their casings.
