I am originally from california, but reside in Texas. I began making jelly for gifts. Then I began getting requests for supply and demand. So I started doing it full time. It's been wonderful meeting people. Creating a great product they all love!! I've been doing jelly on and off for about 5 years. Now I'm doing it full time for about a year now. Still learning how to create great new recipes, such as marinades and glazes. Jelly is NOT just jelly? it's a CREATION!! ?
