In my case I love to eat sandwiches in bars when I travel (sometimes) through my country. :)
They are generally very good in taste on towns and often generous with the ingredients.
This stores are the best when finding fresh ingredients in an urban environment. ^^
I happen to have one which is of a peruan family in my neighbourhood and is a bless with all the supermarkets and such surrounding.

I see all of you have been preparing for this, it intrigues me.
I always cook a Quiche someday of the week for the dinner with onion, cheese and leeks. Sometimes with tomatoes insted of leeks.
It tastes very good and a little crunchy in the sides. :)
I did it today and enjoyed it so much. :)
I was very excited to be honest, the process turned out a little messy but in the end it smelled quite right jajaj.
