First of all, I love zucchini nut muffins. I make them all of the time and keep them in the freezer. But every day, pretty much, I have 2 pieces of raisin toast with a tiny bit of butter and a bowl of berries with nuts. One cup of coffee with half and half. That is it.

I like coffee once a day...cream no sugar. Don't mess with it, I say.
