I pretty much use South Beach Diet and Eat Better America recipes. I always make enough of a dish for at least four servings and usually add legumes to meal dishes, for since 1995 I've had to increase my fiber intake to avoid chronic constipation.
I don't make bread or eat very much of it, but I eat whole wheat pasta more often, and brown rice. I will eat whole-wheat bread.
