Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember. As a child I started cooking with my Grandmother and at hunting camps here in South Louisiana that we were a part of. I lived in Mexico for a while and learned how to cook alot of mexican dishes down there. I enjoy cooking all types of food and I am always trying learn. My favorite chefs are David Chang, Marco Pierre White, John Besh, Gabrielle Hamilton, and Thomas Keller.
