I am married with two daughters. I worked in education for nearly 20 years and then my father had a stroke and was unable to live alone or care for himself so I gave up my job and now I am his full time carer. I love to cook and experiment with new recipes. I love cooking with my slow cooker. My husbands parents are Italians so I cook a lot of Italian dishes and my father is from Cyprus so I cook a lot of Greek Cypriot foods as well. There are times, I like to cook without a recipe if I can ---- that's why I like one or two ingredient recipes...lol... I am still waiting for Santa to bring me that kitchen aid mixer for Christmas!!!
