Thank you for the information.

I have lots of help,we have got several Churches behind us and about 40 people helping put this on but we can use all the help we can get.This is on 6-2-2013.Been to lutie several thousand times.

I am cooking pork ribs,smoked sausage,brisket,potato salad,cole slaw,baked beans,pinto beans,Iced tea and cobbler.This is a fund raiser for a lady that has cancer.Can someone give me a idea of what quanity of food I need.

I am about to finish what I can do to it in shop and will be installing it on a trailer soon,will have new pictures soon.

This is my new build and will be my last.I am 67 and don`t think I have another one in me.This is a hybrid smoker you can use it as reverse flow or you can use just 1/4 of it because I made it where you can shut it off to any one of four compartments that is why it has so many stacks on it
