Hi! My name is Janine, and I am a married navy wife and mother of 4. I've moved around a lot with my husband's assignments and developed a love for cooking, I love to stretch and develop new skills, and I have tried to take classes to develop my techniques and knowledge. Most of all I love to recreate tastes from places that are dear to me, that link my heart to the memories of the people and cultures. Within my country I have lived on both coasts, and in the north and south, lived in Sicily for a few years, and the Netherlands for four, as well. These places have all influenced my cooking style and repertoire.

I love to travel, cook, garden, and most of all spend time with people who are dear to me.
