hmmmmm average daytime temps in SE Alaska have been in the low 50's, with rain, once in awhile it will stop raining and actually hit 61 or 62. High 40's - 50 at night, with rain.... A few days ago it was so windy and rainy it took three hours to get my WSM temps over 210. We have extra rain...

Here's a few pictures taken of a halibut trip we did last week, came in with 25,000 lbs. Didn't take any pics early on in the trip, weather was horrible, hard enough just to stand and work on deck, totally forgot about picture taking :roll: ....
Try using plain Greek Style yogurt (0 % fat is delicious, if you can believe that ;) you may have to "bump" up the seasonings a bit, but you'll still get that creamy texture.
