You can ask me anything about cooking, I may have an answer for you. I substitute a lot in cooking, and make a variety of things with various methods.
My house burned down in 2016, lost all my cookware, passed down cookbooks, and many of the recipes I was working on. I then proceeded to get sick, strep, chicken pox, kidney stone, and now winding down from a cold. Being sick and losing all my kitchen stuff made me realise how much I do enjoy cooking, and non cookers would probably laugh that besides night clothes, and one set of not house clothes, I bought kitchen items first. It's been a rough year, my 21 year old cat died a few months after the fire, been very sad watching all the celebrities die that helped form who I am. Led Zeppelin favourite band. LOVE holidays- gives me a reason to cook something special.
