I have loved cooking since I was a child. My mother loves to tell the story that when I was two years old I wanted to "bake bread for all the people of the world." My first big menu was in (around) fourth grade where I made a three course meal with the main course being chicken cordon bleu. I went to a tech high school for culinary arts, 4 years at culinary school, and have been working in kitchens since I was 16. I bake, cook, and love to learn new tid-bits in the kitchen.
And I have a knife collection of (currently) 58 knives.
