My name is Byron, I have been married to the same wonderful woman for 22 years. We have two daughters 16 and 20. We cook dinner pretty much every night. We buy all fresh ingredients and make everything ourselves and recently have all converted to a ketogenic diet. We cook outside way more than we cook indoors. After literally burning out 1-15 grills over the years we decided to invest in a really good grill this time. We ended up with a Camp Chef Woodwind and so far are in love with it. I hope it lasts a long time. I love to share recipes and learn more about cooking and smoking. Great to be here.
