I'm 76. My mother started me cooking at the age of eight. So I was abused child labour. We were a large family (six kids) It wasnt long before I ended up making all the birthday cakes for the family.. So I guess afetr 68 years of cooking I have learnt a little, but I keep on looking for better ways of doing things. I should add I did become a hotelier and restaurateur as well as undergoing professional cooking training. Now I still study food and drink technology, nutrition, Oenology, . Oh I still cook from scratch.. Hate washing up!
