Hi, anyone can give indications on how to prepare argentinian Mataambre a la pizza on the grill? Thanks

That looks great. I'm thinking petite, or flat iron steak would work for this as well, maybe even top sirloin, or hangar steak.

I wonder if pounded turkey, or chicken breast would work.:ermm:

I think this has a whole lot of possibilities. It just wouldn't be Matambre a la pizza. It would have to be chicken a la pizza or whatever kind of meat was chosen, a la pizza.

 well then, it would be pollo or cordero -ternera - coervo - Venado...

and then we could give it a French twist - poulet - aigneau -...

German - hahnchen (don't have the accents)

taxy - you can do the Danish?

I wouldn't name it in Danish unless I gave it a Danish twist or I was talking to someone in Danish. I would just leave it in English or possibly French, since those are local languages.

Hey, I will try it next weekend, hope the wether will be convinient. I will share pics in case it looks not tooo ugly :angel:
