Ah, ha! Great minds, once again, LT!

Pasta night here too. I'm making a Mushroom/Spinach/Pesto with Fontina lasagna. It is one I've made many times, but instead of doing everything from scratch, as the recipe calls for, I'm simplifying it to some degree. I make a lot of different lasagnas. It has been a while since I made this recipe. The last lasagna recipe I made kind of bubbled over and made a mess. I don't remember if that was this one or another, but I'm putting this one in a deep dish pan with a sheet pan under it! Take that!

We'll like have some garlic bread...maybe a salad, if DH wants one...although it is all veggies anyway?

I'm on my own for supper tonight. DH is having a colonoscopy tomorrow and is on liquids only today.

I roasted a chicken leg in the toaster oven. I sautéed some radish greens and had the last of the leftover rice pilaf as my supper. It was good. There's a bit of thigh meat left. I'll probably have that on a sandwich later tonight.

taxy, well wishes to Stirling. The best part of that test is when it's done and you can eat!

The plan: burgers and corn on the grill. Himself even stripped the half dozen corn while I was on my way home from grocery shopping.

The reality: reheated the last of the pizza, steamed two ear of corn, and finished with a donut for dessert.

Last night we had battered breaded baked cauliflower 'wings' with stir fry sauce and vegetable rice/w beans.
I had hot turmeric chai almond milk for dessert. Mr bliss had strawberry nice cream w/cooked apple honey molasses cinnamon for dessert.
