What a fantastic idea! It's always wonderful to celebrate the culinary talents of our fellow forum members. I've had the pleasure of trying out several recipes from this community, and there are a few that have become staples in my kitchen. I'll definitely be sharing the links to those recipes here soon. Looking forward to seeing everyone else's favorites as well!

I’ve added @blissful’s oven roasted veggie hash to my rotation.

It’s an easy inexpensive recipe that can be put together with whatever vegetables you happen to have on hand.

Potato hash, cubed sweet potatoes, cubed white potatoes, diced red pepper, and sliced onions on parchment 1 hour at 400 deg F. The onions browned and it was sweet. Served with ketchup.
