It's going to get cold and that means it's Sausage making time. I have a few cases of butts in the deep freeze that I got on sale for .89 cents a pound. I may have to spring for a new grinder if I can't get the blade sharped or find a replacement blade. Been to sausage maker and no luck. That's okay. Poor thing has paid for it self over the years. Or I can break out the old hand cranker.
