Had a bowl of Thai style soup, with noodles, snow peas, sweet red peppers, bamboo shoots, a bit of chopped pork. Seasonings of chili oil, soy sauce, fish sauce. BIG bowl. guess that's my "linner".

Did up a couple of pork tenderloins on the griddle. Sliced one up for sandwiches and the rest will go in ... don't know yet, but have lots of leftovers to fancy up. Going to have to have a couple of leftover meals from the fridge soon or it will be a hefty garbage bag.

Wow - it sure is different and if that is one I'm certainly glad they've evolved. It really looks very much like it might be. But I think perhaps the cook using it would have to have been mighty careful. I use the flat side of mine for schnitzel and that's about it.
