Did anyone eat yesterday? Dinner last night was mini naan pizzas topped with tomato sauce, mozzarella, parmigiano reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses, sweet Italian sausage, baby bella mushrooms, red & green bell peppers.

Dinner was pan-fried skirt steak, creamed spinach, and Trader Joe's vegetable bird nests.

Beef stew tonight.

Fried chicken breast strips, yams (butter & cinnamon sugar), and green beans

Brunch was poached eggs over corned beef hash, home fries, and Grands biscuits. What I like about my poached eggs is the whites separate from the yolks. So they come out like little balls of runny yolk, which I prefer over the whites. Dinner was Shabu Hot Pot Buffet. No pictures.

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and broccoli.

Oven pot roast, mashed potatoes, baby spinach, and mushroom gravy.

Rotisserie chicken, tomato salad, macaroni salad, semolina bread, and mini feta & spinach spiral.

Breaded eggplant, and homemade macaroni salad.

Pan-fried burger on a small cracked wheat roll, American cheese, pickles chips, ketchup.

Wings, noodles, and broccoli.

I managed to cook. Dinner was poached eggs, buttered toasted English muffin, and salad with a light homemade lemon vinaigrette. I only ate less than half. Not feeling very well. I got whatever is going around.

Homemade lentil soup over brown rice.

Linguine and Broccoli Aglio e Olio (Garlic and Olive Oil) topped with fresh grated Parmigiano Reggiano & pecorino romano cheeses.
