1 cup melted butter
1 cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp vanilla
2 beaten eggs
2 1/2 cups flour
1 cup crushed cornflakes
1 cup coconut
2 cups chocolate chips
Melt butter, stir in both sugars and soda. Add vanilla and eggs. Mix well. Add flour and beat til smooth. Add cornflakes, coconut and chocolate chips. Drop by spoonful onto greased trays, or roll into balls and gently flatten with a fork. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes. Cool for 2 minutes on tray then transfer to racks.
